At Oraccirc, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read this shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Our Shipping Partner
We ship all orders through Cainiao Logistics, a trusted international shipping network that provides reliable worldwide delivery with full tracking capabilities.
Tracking Number: You will receive your international tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the Cainiao website or parcels.com,17track etc.
Order Processing Time
All orders go through a preparation and processing phase before being handed to our shipping carrier:
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Your tracking number will be issued and emailed to you within 3 business days of your order.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination. The following are estimates after your order has been dispatched:
• Canada: 8-9 business days
Australia: 8-9 business days
Newzeland: 8-9 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your international tracking number. You can track your order using any of the following:

• 17track.net — a universal tracking platform that supports Cainiao shipments.
If your tracking number is not showing updates within 5 business days of receiving it, please contact our support team for assistance.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
As we ship internationally, your order may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes imposed by your country’s government.
• Customs fees and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• We are not able to predict or control the customs process in your country.
• We do not add duties or taxes to our product prices.
• If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost or any resulting delays.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, occasional issues can arise during international transit:
Lost Package: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 20 business days, please contact us. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
Delayed Package: International shipments can sometimes be delayed due to customs or local conditions. Please allow up to 40 business days before contacting us about a delayed order.
Damaged Package: If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. An unboxing video is required to process any damage claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@oraccirc.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
