Return & Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
• The item must not have been installed, assembled, or altered in any way.
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
Important: An unboxing video is required for all return and refund claims. Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will be denied.
Your unboxing video must:
• Begin before opening the package, clearly showing the sealed parcel and shipping label.
• Be recorded in one continuous, unedited take.
• Show the entire unboxing process, including all contents and their condition.
• Be clear and well-lit, allowing verification of any damage or defect.
• Be submitted via a link or file upload (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube).
Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must:
• Be in original, unused condition.
• Include all original packaging and components.
• Show no signs of wear, installation, or damage caused by the customer.
How to Submit a Request
1. Contact our support team via email or our website contact form.
2. Provide the following:
• Order number
• Reason for the request
• Unboxing video (link or file)
3. Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
4. If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Used, installed, or altered items.
• Requests submitted without an unboxing video.
• Requests made after the 7-day return period.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).
Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
